Summary:

 

Ship launching system consists of winch, steel wire rope, dynamic and fixed pulley group, rail way or air

 bag and electric control system. Slow winch is as traction power to realize the different weight of boats 

can be ashore on the slideway.Electric winch is powered by motor. The power is input into the third level 

enclosed gear reduction box   by flexible coupling to lift weight or pull by wire rope and to drive the drum from Low speed shaft end stee key. We use common motor when we need to lift or pull small weight. Conversely, lifting motor is adapted. 

The common motor can start directly. But the lifting motor starts slowly and stably by cam switch and

 resistance adjusting. The brake system adopts electric magnetic braking or hydraulic braking.
