Project Name: Intelligent 3D adjustment system and Synchronous Lifting System applied in Bengbu ChangHuaiwei Huaihe river Bridge

Project profile:
Bengbu ChangHuaiwei Huaihe river Bridge is the first steel truss arch bridge in Anhui, 1370 meters long, two-way eight-lane, planned completion time is the end of 2016. According to the plan, this Bridge is the major key project in S101 and Bengbu middle ring road engineering. It will connect the G206, S306. will greatly relief the traffic pressure on the city's eastern.

Challenge:
Steel cofferdam synchronous lowering, linear adjustment and accurate positioning for steel truss arch.

Solution:
Used PLC synchronous controlling technology to control Hydraulic cylinders, to achieve the steel cofferdam’s synchronous lowering. In the process of lowering, multi-point synchronization control to ensure the steel cofferdam smooth lower into the specified location.

Used Kattor 3DAS( Intelligent three-dimensional adjustment hydraulic jacks) to adjust steel truss arch vertical and longitudinal deviation during the process. Used PLC synchronous multi-point control technology to achieve linear adjustment and precise positioning for bridge joining.
