Civil Engineering Bridges for Chenggui passenger railway Caiba Minjiang River Bridge

Project Name: Intelligent 3D Adjustment System, Incremental Launching system and Synchronous Lifting System applied in Chenggui passenger railway Caiba Minjiang River Bridge

Location: Yibin City, Sichuan Province

Project profile:
New Chengdu-Guiyang railway line is passenger dedicated line with the speed of 250 km / h, the railway across the Minjiang River in Caiba Yibin, the whole bridge set 13 m × 32 m simply supported beam + (48 + 80 + 48) m Pre-stressed concrete continuous beam + (140 + 224 + 140) m continuous steel Truss +2 m × 32 m simply supported beam, bridge height 315.659 m. Caiba Minjiang River Bridge is one of key project of Chenggui Railway in Sichuan Province, also the biggest Steel Truss Bridge in Yibin.

Challenge:
(140 + 224 + 140) m continuous steel truss beams horizontal movement, linear adjustment and precise positioning in bridge joining.

Solution:
Used Kattor intelligent Hydraulic jack synchronous control technology, to achieve the steel truss girder segment smoothly horizontal movement, in order to reach the designed position.

Meanwhile, need to take the action of deviation correcting for the beam at any time to ensure that each segment of the beam can meet the designed requirements. So used 3DAS(3D adjustment system) to achieve the precise adjustment
